The property was beautiful. Anybody would love living there, and I would recommend it to everybody.

The community offered a spacious two bedroom apartment. The apartment was nicely upgraded. The community amenities were appealing. The leasing staff was friendly.

This is a gorgeous community located in Goleta, a suburb of Santa Barbara. There were many floor plans to choose from and all came with washer/dryer connections and modern features. Amenities included a gorgeous clubhouse, a heated swimming pool/spa area, a state of the art fitness center, a walking trail, and much, much more. The community accepted indoor cats. The staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. This would be a must see for anyone looking for the right place to call home.

I have been to this property more than once and each time the physical appearance of this property is so appealing. Although the staff seems to change quite a bit most of the people I have come to contact with have always been quite courteous and very pleasant. I can not even imagine having to sell anyone on the idea of living here because all that needs to happen is people need to see what is offered. I would sign the lease and move in immediately.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The agent was professional and pleasant, easy to talk and relate to. The grounds were beautiful. I loved the walking path and all the different bushes, flowers, and trees. It was like living in natural but with all the amenities of an apartment. I enjoyed the community and I would definitely place it in the top 5.

I would definitely lease from the community, and after the presentation with the leasing agent. I liked the fact I was able to view an unfurnished and model apartment during my tour visit.
