The community offers a spacious one bedroom apartment. The apartment felt a little dated with the painted kitchen cabinets especially for the amount of rent being charged. The living room felt spacious. The community amenities were appealing. The leasing staff was very friendly and helpful.

I felt like the office needed a huge upgrade. The community is a decent price for the location. The staff was very nice and professional to deal with.

I did not like that I had to park down the street instead of in front of the office. The landscaping was nice and appealing but, the Koi pond, which is unique, seemed dirty and we were unable to see the fish. The amenities were clean and attractive.
