The community was clean and its upkeep was flawless. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming and came across as captivating. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences and exhibited a level of engagement that was outstanding. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was superhuman and their presentation of the community was amazing. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting. I felt that what the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable. I envisioned the quality of life here based on the amenities and features offered as being complete. There was no microwave or laundry appliances in the apartment and the refrigerator was small, but the amenities, features, and the community's location were great and made up for some of the lesser apartment features.

The community offered a spacious one bedroom apartment. The apartment felt a bit dated with having carpet throughout and painted kitchen cabinets. The bedroom was spacious. The community amenities were attractive. The leasing staff was friendly and professional.

It was a great visit but not over the top. The agent was warm and easy to talk to as he built rapport with me. He was upbeat and had much information on the neighborhood as he shared about the shops and restaurants nearby. He was encouraging as we talked and he made me feel welcome.

The grounds and the apartment I viewed were lovely and I liked the community feel of being on a residential street. The tour was nice, the pool (I was only shown one), grills, clubhouse and fitness center were all well-kept and gorgeous.
