The community was quite appealing with apartment features and community amenities to my liking. The leasing professional did an adequate job of presenting and the rate seemed reasonable for the return.

The three bedroom apartment home was fantastic. The leasing agent was professional.

The staff is very dependable. I like they have on site security.

These were beautiful homes that anyone would be proud to call theirs. Without all the weekend upkeep in the yard and the regular maintenance of owning a home comes with, this was a fantastic opportunity. With like-minded residents, you did not have the usual worries that come with homeownership either. Also, no need to worry about what to do when you were no longer able to care for yourself, 30 days, and you walk away without the headaches of selling the home. It really was impressive.

This is a small community that is newer and very well kept.

I can surely imagine living here, and I believe that the Leasing Professional goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone living there has a pleasant experience. I can only imagine that she does not consider this just a job.

The 55 and better community was well-maintained apartment community with all single story apartments. The community encouraged the social side of living in a 55 plus community. The staff and residents enjoyed barbeques, movies, and other activities. The apartments were beautifully appointed with laminate flooring, large doors, and entryways, pantries, and high ceilings. The community was surrounded by grocery stores, malls, and other conveniences.

The community is well maintained. The staff is pleasant and professional.

I was wowed, and I am actually considering how to position myself in the future to be able to actually move there. The place is fantastic.

The Gates at Fig Garden is a new senior living apartment in Northwest Fresno. It is a very nice community with professional staff.

This was a brand new senior living community so everything was beautiful and new.
