This community is a bit on the expensive side, however for the friendly, quiet neighborhood, it is definitely worth mentioning.

This community has several floor plans to choose from and many include washer/dryer units inside. Units have plenty of storage and include a parking space. Amenities include two swimming pool areas, a fitness center, bbq and sitting areas, mature landscaping, covered parking and this community is also pet friendly. Staff is friendly and professional.

My patio was broken into twice so I donât fine this place that safe to live -and neighbors are rude and inconsiderate.

Overall the experience has been good. But the management should have a control on the residents who hang out in groups in the parking lot and smoke. That makes the community not so conducive for family.

I would recommend the 2BR apartments but not the 1BR as they are too small and expensive for the price

I would recommend. But I will disclose "invasion of privacy" once every quarter by a person and a dog that would touch your bed and other items in your apartment.

In terms of location, rancho sol is best!
the maintenance turn around time has improved a lot. i have been a resident for 3 years now. recently this has greatly improved. I would recommend more maintenance staffs. Only downfall is no AC's - the old ac appliance consumes a lot of energy i have literally stopped using it. Summers are really hot and a good efficient energy consuming AC would be a value ad to the apartment.

I have brought all your concerns to Management and Maintenance Team's attention. We will definitely look into what the status is on the new fitness center area and try our best to get this amenity accessible for all our residents to utilize. We will also make sure that our community grounds including trash bins are free of debris as well as managing all the patios to ensure that everyone is in compliance with our patio community policy. Please inform the Leasing Office if you should experience any noise/odor disturbances in the future and we will address this accordingly.

i would not recommend bcaz in summer the fremont gets really hot and the ac machine is pretty old and consumes a lot of energy. there are many other apts nearby with proper air conditioning.

am facing lot of problem with coackroaches i only took short term lease i dont have peace in this aparment when i call to someone every one can listen my voice i dont recomment to any one its a waste apartment till now their are lot of cockroaches inth is apartment ....!

We apologize for the roach issue you are experiencing in your apartment. Unfortunately, the pest control company we were using and whom treated your apartment was not providing the service we needed. This prompted us to change pest control company with whom we worked with in the past. We hope that they will solve that issue you are having. We would like the opportunity to address this issue with you by treating your apartment again with the new pest control company. Do keep in mind that a few treatments may be required to fully rid of the roaches. We can schedule for treatment Thursday next week. Please reach out to our office should this day work for you.
