Construction noise is daily and starts at 7am. Tesla employee traffic/noise is very high.
Our new community, Leya is being build right accross the street and the hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

I really value the bi-weekly Aya events hosted by Isaac and Alyza. It's brought the whole community together is one of the main reasons we are so happy at Aya.

I would not recommend Aya because of construction noise in the early morning and strong Dog poop smell in the community and expensive rent.

I would not recommend this apartment to anybody unless they live on the 5th floor, since noise is so loud between floors and staff takes no action on noise complaints.

The spaces are clean, amenities are great, the apartment is quite and the apartments have a ton of space. The only negative is the price.

There is a heavy odor of pet urine in the hallways and common areas. Residents allow their pets deficate in common areas without disposing the mess.

Constant loud noise from the pool area, especially in the evenings and late at night. Quiet hours are not enforced, no path to resolving disturbances. If I am at the apartment on weekends I usually am wearing noise cancelling headphones at all times.
