The Leasing Professional was wonderful, and the community was great. I would undoubtedly recommend this community to others.

The community amenities were satisfactory. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was acceptable. The leasing professional was pleasant.The level of engagement by the leasing professional was comfortable. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and interests was adequate. The way the home and the community were presented by the leasing professional was suitable. Based on my experience the thought of calling this community home was indifferent. I envision the quality of life here based on the amenities and features offered as decent. Based on the experience I might recommend the apartment community to family and friends.

The customer service I experienced was pleasant and comfortable. While this community was ordinary at first sight, I found it very peaceful overall. I loved the floor plan I viewed; newly updated with a balcony and very pleasant view. The price was reasonable overall. I may recommend.

I have lived here for a little over a year now and the apartment staff have been nothing short of great and very accommodating. The maintenance staff are also great second to none people as well. For the sake of not sounding completely bias as a current tenant, I will post my only issue and that is the sprinklers. They tend to come on a lot more often than other properties I have lived on before and they do tend to come on when people are still walking around, getting home or walking their dogs as I do. They aren't really so much an issue during the day but it would be nice if they can set the timers for them to go off at a later time, possibly at some time at dawn instead of 10 to 10:30 pm every night. Other than that, it is a great community with an excellent staff, great neighbors, quiet and peaceful, very pet friendly and conveniently located to a lot of retailers. It is perfect for people of all ages and types of families. The rent prices are also the best deal you will find in the area for a great bargain. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great new place to call home.

We recently moved to Serena Vista and we absolutely love it. Terra & Mandy (management) were both so lovely when we were looking for apartments. Dealing with such helpful and nice people made a huge impact on our choice to live here. The apartments are very well kept, the maintenance guys are super friendly and fast at fixing any problems. This place feels like home and we only wish we had moved here sooner. Nice, quiet community. I would gladly recommend this to anyone.

My girlfriend and I just recently moved in and we can't be happier! Serena Vista definitely exceeded all of our expectations.

The overall community is different from every other complex I've lived at. Not only is everyone incredibly friendly, but its shockingly quiet! There's lots of grass and plants surrounding each building, which not only looks nice, but is great for our dog. The apartments are well kept and very well designed, making the most of its space. It definitely feels bigger than the listed square footage.

The staff is very friendly too. They've been more than accommodating.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Serena Vista to anyone who's interested. I've already done the same to a few friends.

I've lived in Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and also Fountain Valley. I have lived here for almost 4 months now and I have to say, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME :) Serena Vista in Fountain Valley, off of La Hacienda Ave, ROCKS!!! :) This place allows dogs and me and my dog Zoe love it here. Super mellow, quiet, people are totally cool, The staff get things handled and they do an awesome job all the way from the front office ( without saying any names but it's the 2 ladies that work in the front office,) to all the guys that are a part of the maintenance crew. They are always super friendly, and always concerned about making the residences happy. The parking could be a little better for some residences but it's so worth it considering the living situation here. Were right next to FV Police, the 405 Freeway, Costco, Sam's Club, IKEA :) Fountain Valley High School, Calvary Chapel Fountain Valley, Mile Square Park, Mile Square Golf Course, David L, Baker Golf Course, Fountain Bowl, 7-10 minutes max to the beach, super stoked on that :) and that isn't even the beginning of what awesome stuff there is around this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to rent. Oh, the rent is totally fair as well. The place is very well kept up, and always lookin sharp. Super stoked I came across this place. I've been watching everything and seen it with my own eyes, this isn't a place where they just move you in, but they also provide awesome customer service as well.

I've lived here for two years now and I couldn't be happier the grounds are always beautiful and clean no dog poop no weeds. I personally feel its not only the actual apartments that makes a home but it's the people who live here my neighbors are so sweet always polite saying "hi" they really make you feel comfortable and welcome. This apartment is very family oriented great for little kids. They have bbq"s Jacuzzi and a pool, across the street from mile square park. Mandy is the manager shes super sweet she gets anything you need done quickly keeps you posted on all the fun apartment events. It makes a big difference in apartments to have a nice manager because it makes your home life more comfortable and easier to come to her if you need anything fixed. Happy to live here resigning my lease!

I have lived in many different apartments within the last 18 years, and Serena Vista has been my favorite by far. Sure, I can hear my wall neighbors, but only when they are loud, and that's has always been my apartment living experience. The grounds are well-cared for, including the palm trees which are well-maintained. Staff is friendly and responds quickly to my maintenance requests. The price is well within what I have seen around the area, and the quality of product is better. I shopped around before I chose Serena Vista in 2011, and I am about to sign my 3rd lease (Which includes the first rent increase at $15 per month). I love the location, and I am very happy here.

To be honest I lived here from 2008-211 and returned a year later 2012 and still residing there only until my lease is over in 2013.
I was much happier before due to the grounds of Serena Vista having been taken care of much better than they are now. Plus the rates in rent have gone up much higher and hardly any fixtures have been upgraded. The walls and flooring have very poor quality. You can hear everything and anything that your neighbors say or do. Again, much better service before AMC took over property management. The Windows still are old and have not been replaced with noise or weather resistant ones.
Although the STAFF is great and very attentive to your concerns.
