The community was well kept. The apartment was on the smaller side. For the asking price, I would have preferred a more updated apartment.

This community was beautiful, but a bit expensive for me to live there.

The area and location of the community was perfect. The agent was nice and knowledgeable but pushy.

The staff seemed to be adequate and efficient to keeping the property well maintained. There was a lot of painting going on so I did not get to judge a lot. I would have liked to be able to see more, from the floor plans I believe it was very over priced.

My first impression of Sierra Ridge, was it was a beautiful property. The landscape was very mature. If I really was a potential customer I would lease and apartment. My impression of the leasing agent was she does too much work and does not get paid enough to asset a company.

This is a lovely community with all of the amenities you've come to expect. Apartments are spacious and offer several different floor plans from you to choose from. Centrally located close to shops and transportation, this is a great value for a well maintained and attractive community.

We moved out of seirra ridge a month ago and yes although the stay was okay and the grounds are beautiful we had many problems. When we needed things fixed it took so long that we would end up just fixing things our self one time they never even got to us to fix something so we fixed it when we moved out 6 months later. After we moved out we did a walk through were we were told that the apartment looked great and minimal cost would be needed for cleaning. They had us sign our move out without an amount of cost at move out on bottom or we would be billed for more rent. This was against all my judgment but I had to stop the rent.  After being moved out a month we received a bill for 419 dollars on top of them keeping our 400 deposit they claimed we had a pet and major pet damage also though no pet was in contract and we had NO pet since my son is allergic. We are now trying to fight them with this bill and my advice if u do move in get ur carpets cleaned by your own professional because there's cost us over $500 for a small old carpet apartment. 

The landscaping was beautiful. The staff was friendly and looked like they all enjoyed their jobs. The upgrades were nice, but I expected to see a higher quality material to be used for the counter tops. Overall, the community was nice and at a reasonable price for the area.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Sierra Ridge apartments. The leasing agent did a nice job showing off the community in a way that was appealing to me. I felt that she really listed to what my needs and wants were and focused on those. The property was in great condition and they offered a lot of great amenities for what they were asking in rent.

First and foremost, the manager is courteous to the tenants. The maintenance staff is unbelievably timely and polite as well. The interior and exterior of the apartments are kept in good condition. The landscaping of the grounds are well maintained and clean. The only thing I think is missing from the patio areas is a faucet in order to keep it clean especially if you have a pet. Water and garage is not included in the rent which I dislike. The complex is a safe, secure community. The location is great as it is close to schools, shopping and freeway access. Although some of the features are outdated, the rent is relatively reasonable for the area in Clovis.

The leasing agent was very helpful and polite, it was a pleasure being there.

The leasing professional was very friendly and not pushy at all. As a potential resident, I appreciated that.
