The neighbors at Villa Marina are not screened prior to move in. When it's discovered that they shouldn't be living at Villa Marina they are allowed to stay regardless.

I like the comunity, the office is always willing to help and answer questions, it's a very nice place to live.

I know quite a bit about this property: when it was built, how much it is worth, and how much the gross rental income is. And this should leave quite a bit for capital improvements (like maybe the A/C, private washing machines, and/or a small window for the kitchen that I previously mentioned. But gradually, over time, of course. One building at a time.

For one, it is pet friendly and it has neat, maintained gardens and trees. The other main reason I chose these apartments was to be close to the ocean where the climate is more moderate and cooler in the summer.

I have in the last and will continue to do so. It is a great place. I mean we have been here for 17+years so that says something. We feel comfortable here and getting to know Jennifer and Fernando make it more comfortable.

Too expensive & bad neighbors. Sidewalks dirty. In the Parking lot there is trash all the time. Neighbors litter a lot.
