I recommend to everyone who is looking to move

Too many unsupervised kids on bikes and in the pool are for a 'luxury' complex

There are a few reasons why I would NOT recommend this apartment complex:
1. Parking can be a nightmare if you have more than one car.
2. Children are left to run amuck w/out parental oversight. They cause property damage, landscape damage, and can be heard outside at the park being very loud at hours that are considered to be "quiet hours".
3. Now that the outside temperatures are reaching acceptable levels, windows to units are open and people walking past units or standing outside others' units are not respectable in regards to the noise level.
4. Double parking in garages is illegal and have seen vehicles get ticketed/towed; however, it is not consistent across the complex. One vehicle in my garage section has been double parking in their garage ever since I moved in over 6 months ago.

The apartments are well build, recently new, and the rates are still affordable.

Why I would not recommend is due to the parking arrangements. Only 10 visitor spots and strict rules make it somewhat difficult at times when hosting guests.

Beautiful, friendly, clean, well maintained

Love living here and I would recommend this place to everybody. Nothing wrong or bad about this complex. Much better than any other apartments I have ever lived in.

Send information to residents about recycling. Residents need to put trash in the appropriate trash/recycling bins and NOT leave trash by the dumpster.

Over priced for no amenities. Noise from construction 12 hours a day. No parking outside during construction hours. No communication from Tavera. No reason to say this is a good place to live at all.

The main reason as to why we stay living here, aside from some of the friendly management, is because we move so much as a military family that we chose to stay in one place before we moved in.

Parking, lack of staff attentiveness to noise complaints, roudy unsupervised children

Expensive for the size.

Because things have changed and people are doing whatever they want like smoking and drinking at the pool and when that happens their no common courtesy for the people who live there kids playing by people's cars ,just don't fill comfortable like we use to.

I have suggested friends & family move there---however they also wanted more for there money in amenities.
