The community was nice. I liked the atmosphere of the community. It was a welcoming and friendly environment. The community was well kept, clean, and friendly. I could see myself living here with my kids.

A good community in an ordinary neighborhood. The community had a lot of amenities. I thought it was a little pricey, even for a two bedroom apartment.

The apartments had modern wood flooring and upgraded kitchen cabinets, counters, and appliances.

The property was well maintained and the staff were exceptional and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful apartment community to live in.

The customer service was very pleasant and comfortable. The amenities were better than expected but not "the latest and greatest".

I visited the property on 3/20/2013 and the staff member(Michelle) was very professional and friendly. She made me feel very welcome to the community. The amenities are current and the grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are small for the price, but still a nice unit.

I love living at Sherwood, the location is perfect, safe, and comfortable. I have had no issues or problems since moving in here almost a year ago!
