The biggest selling point of this complex is the amenities and for the amount of money we’re paying to live here, amenities should not be off-line for months on end.

Sound transfer between units, if you have someone living above you hear everything they’re doing in their apartment, the dog park is uncovered and not cleaned enough. During the heat of summer the dog park turf is as hot as sidewalk or hotter so can’t be used during the day.

There are a lot of little things that need to be improved.
1) No patrol available"ever" in the building to ban those marijuana users when knowing that it is strictly prohibited.
