As a customer I would lease here. The agent who helped me really did a good of making me feel like he was interested in me living there. We went in every detail of the apartment and how it would fit my needs. He offered me a water because it was so hot outside. A major thing I liked about the community is that the parking was on the outside of the community. To get to your apartment you had to walk though pathways.

The leasing staff was professional, personable and appeared genuinely interested in helping me. The community was appealing and had a lot to offer. I was interested in renting there and would recommend it to others.

The office and first pool area were decorated beautifully. There was a strong odor throughout as I walked to and from the model apartment. The grounds were clean. The apartment I toured was clean, but the kitchen cabinets were not clean on the side. Having the park connected and in the back of the community was a nice feature for children. There should be a golf cart to help the leasing professionals give tours. I almost did not see the park and the second pool. I had to remind the leasing professional, and when I did, she seemed to not want to walk back there. I also liked that it was gated.

The property was very nice. It was close to businesses, shopping and restaurants. It seemed to be very quiet. The amenities were very nice.

This is a nice community, with good curb appeal. It has well maintained amenities and nice size apartments for the costs.
