If I were looking for an apartment community to move to I would definitely put this on my top five list of communities to move to. The location was favorable and the fact that it was a gated community was a plus. It felt very comfortable and safe, and it provided the amenities I wanted. The leasing professional provided great customer service. I would undoubtedly recommend this community.

The location was the top selling point for this property. Some of the apartments were upgraded, but many were not and may or may not be in the future plan. The fitness center was the size of a bathroom. However, it did have the standard machines to make it work. The leasing professional I worked with was outstanding. I honestly believe she wanted me to lease an apartment at Ingleside and did a great job showcasing the property.

The community, though a little outdated, was a good short term option for anyone looking for centrally located living. The amenities were bare minimum and the floor plans were also outdated.

I did not like how the electric bills are divided. I lived in a community like this once, and the bills were ridiculously high and I could not control my electric due to it being based on number of occupants and square footage. The apartment layouts were nice and there was a ton of natural lighting. I liked how each apartment had an in apartment washer/dryer. The gym could be updated. The community was fairly small, which was nice as well.
