Pricy when compared to others in area. Staff changes too much but amenities are good. Maintenance good.
Don't always get informed of packages left.

Many of the residents are not the kind of people I want to live close to, and the constant, loud pool parties are awful.

Based on my previous interactions with this community, I would not have wanted to rent there; however, the leasing agent changed that. She seemed friendly and engaging. I would probably recommend this community.

It's not an upscale apartment complex but it has upscale prices.

i would recommend it it is centrally located and effort made to keep up outer appearance of the complex, Nice place to stay, i would not recommend it for lack of security the gates that should be locked and key required those gates are not secured giving access to undesirables who don't live here. guy who clearly did not live at the complex pulled on the door until he got it opened just to use the bathroom
