The community is well maintained and in a great location. The leasing staff are genuine, knowledgeable, and engaging.

I truly liked what the community had to offer inside and outside. If I was truly in need of looking for a new apartment home, I definitely would have leased there.

The landscaping was done really well. It was a very put together community for being a larger one. The staff seemed to work together and communicated well. The office was very busy and they seemed to have it under control since they had such good communication.

The apartment community is located in a very convenient location, just off the freeway, and just around the corner from the mall. It is close to many shopping centers, restaurants, businesses, and activities of all kinds. The community itself is beautiful and upscale, and the grounds and buildings are immaculate. The layout of the apartment is unique and appealing.

I think my overall visit was rewarding. The community is large and is well taken care of. It is a gated community, which adds security to living there, even though I would be shocked to here this part of town would have a crime problem. The apartment and grounds are very nice, with the added feature of having walk through gates to a major shopping mall. Like the agent said I could do all my Christmas shopping right out my back door.

The only reason I was not filling out an application right now, was that my fiance and I were not to that point, as our exact wedding plans were yet to be determined. The leasing professional was very thorough in her presentation.

The property itself was really nice and very well maintained. The property would sell by itself, the amenities and the appearance is all it would take. Luckily, because the staff I encountered did not do any justice to the property, they did not sell all it had to offer.
