Jen McFadden was awesome, she was very efficient, helpful and friendly when I inquired about leasing on extremely short notice. She ws able to get me into an apartment in less than 24 hrs. Always friendly and helpful during my stay as well. I did have problems with bugs in my apartment and called to ask for extra spraying. It did not seem to help, but the staff was efficient about getting this done for me and I appreciate that. Parking is awful!

I believe the parking for one needs to be improved at the community. It's always hard to find a parking spot close to where we live.

While I wish there would be more parking spaces available, our overall experience at Coronado Crossing has been very positive! The floor plan of our apartment is laid out very well to maximize the use of space. The community is well maintained and influenced by the outstanding work of the staff. The front office staff are always helpfuland welcoming. The maintenance stafff are very knowledgeable and fast to act. We very much appreciate the atmosphere created within the front gates!!!

I love living here in this apartment. The only thing I wish they would change is the parking. Covered should be for people who pay to live here, ucovered for people who do not live here. It's extremely inconvenient, when you get home late at night and have to walk across the complex to get home

Areas for improvement: Should not have to pay to park at your own home. If you don't buy an assigned spot, there is nowhere else to park so you are forced to buy a spot. Allow us to have more than one spot. Areas you are doing well: Landscaping. Staff is awesome! Community activities are great (loved the wine tasting).

Pretty good value for the price... needs mroe parking for visitors & multiple person apartments.

Why don't you add water & trash bills as part of the rent? Too many hidden charges on utility payments using AUM?

Motorcycles cannot exit building gates (too light for sensors). Early moveout penalties are severe. AUM credit card fees are unreasonable.

Hot tub pump/jets seem weak in the last few months. Not very hot either.

1. People who store trash on patios 2. Problem with tenants lound after 10pm - start at 10:30-11:00 - 3am 3. Would like to know how to deal with tenants with dog who dogs who don't pick up their dogs waste, when bags & facilities are provided. 4. Simpson properties has the best office people and maintenance men.

All in all, faculty is great, very respectful, punctual etc. Parking garages are rather small but, not a big problem.

Mgmt & maint are extremely helpful & efficient. My paid for parking is a little far when I have groceries.

People are good. Good response and resolution on issues. Nice apartment to go around and good facilities. The AUM service change for onsite payment (around $7) can be avoided.
