I love the location and the beauty of the apartments. The size vs price is always a compromise. But the location is worth it!

You'd be happy to know, we plan on putting a business center in the Mansion so you can have computer access and print. I'll also see what I can do to get a scanner for you as well. I also want to appreciate your feedback on the concierge team. I have also noticed how they interact and over the next couple of months you will see a few new faces. Hopefully this change will provide a positive outcome and we can get things back on track. Your satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate you taking your time to share your experience. See comments about noise. I asked the leasing office to intervene with the local construction companies but was fobbed off. I ended up talking directly to the Mayor's office and Atlanta zoning and at least had the site next to the Buckhead Theatre prevented from starting too early. The Aaron building is now terrible for early morning noise and once The Charles commences, it will just get worse. I think you should be more concerned for your resident's comfort and be proactive in applying pressure to the contractors to comply with permit conditions.

We appreciate you voicing your concerns and completely understand your frustration about the construction noises. The construction can be disruptive to your daily routine but they do have strict hours and if they ever go beyond them, please notify me and I'll handle it. Construction should only occur between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Again, I know its disruptive and I too wish they were not doing construction around our home. What else can I do to assist?

Cost - too many new complex in the area many options lower price point for similar accommodations.
Also very high turnover of staff and low morale of existing staff. You almost can't be bothered getting to know anyone because they won't be around long.

Due to the noise, I would not recommend to friends. For the amenities and lifestyle, I would certainly.

I am particularly impressed by how some folks will go the extra mile to help. The security guards helped me with some heavy lifting after the move and staff at the office (esp Carolyn Andra) have been very helpful with information. Kevyn at the concierge desk always tries to make things easier.

The high rent is not worth it. It is convenient for me because it is close to work, however if surrounding future buildings had been complete when my lease was up I would have moved.

Unfortunately, the construction can be disruptive to your daily routine but they do have strict hours and if they ever go beyond them, please notify me and I'll handle it. Construction should only occur between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Also, the windows where recently washed and will continue to be a part of our routine. Is there a particular window we might of missed last month that I can address for you? You also mentioned having concerns with our pet stations and I want to ensure we handle this. These pet stations surround the community but we do not have one inside the hallway for housekeeping purposes. We do have doggie bags in the office, if you'd like to come and grab one. We also have pet treats, as we love to see our fur residents as well! Resident satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and as soon as we are notified of a concern, we address it swiftly.
