This apartment complex has turned into a college dormitory. We are paying top dollar to live in a luxury community, and it is anything but that.

the building is great. but I do inform everyone that the leasing staff are jerks and have a bad attitude which can really put a damper on my day.

Needs a private entry for residents, not everything through the front door.

I like living at Skyhouse however common areas are small.

This is an amazing place to live. The other residents are all respectful and courteous, every single person that works in the building is a joy to interact with, and the amenities are fantastic. I recommend SkyHouse to every person I know looking for a new place to live!

I mentioned above. We cannot control the ambulances, except that they could go down West End to 21st and not have to disrupt this apt house, two hotels and then more appartments further west on Broadway. I think management should talk to those entities and altogether ask Vanderbilt Medical Center to alter the ambulance pathway. Some ambulances do take West End. I wonder if they are going to Centennial?

Fiends love my unit and how I designed a really creative space within a studio. They also love the top deck

My friends have different budgets than I do, which is my only reservation for pushing them to be my neighbor

I love the building and the staff. There are less expensive rental options further from downtown.
