Everyone in the office is great, and it's a safe and convenient place to live. There's nothing really close or walkable over on this side of town though.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious and there are lots of amenities. Parking, the dog wash station, and gym are above average and are very nice and convenient. Also, I like how the hallways are thoroughly cleaned once a month and are securely gated. The amenities are always very clean and smell great. A dog park at centennial park is located nearby which is convenient and a short walk away. Many residents at the apartment frequently allow their dogs to roam outside in the pet area or in the hallways without a leash which is frustrating as their dogs always bother my leashed dog and its pretty rude. Hardware in the apartment brakes easily (towel rod, kitchen drawer, dryer). Maintenance team is very responsive and always fixes the problem but the fix is usually not permanent which is not the fault of the maintenance team but the quality of the apartment. Also, the music around the pool is very loud and is sometimes played late into the night. However, I'm sure these are common problems at all apartments and overall it has been a positive experience here so far.

There are a significant number of flaws in the finish carpentry and workmanship in my unit. This disappointing given the rent for the unit is about same as a mortgage payment on 300k house

I would not recommend the apartment community simply because of the high cost of monthly rent.

Especially now since you all have required people to sign 15 month leases for promos, which is insane, this will be somewhere I would not recommend. Not with the demographic that has decided to move in and make it the weirdest bunch of people living in a single apt complex in nashville. People want to have fun...not be bossed around with new rules all the time
