Would not due to quality of other tenants. Slowly resembling a low income housing complex
We follow all Federal Fair Housing laws during the leasing process. All prospective residents are required to meet the same income guidelines, credit and criminal background checks. We have not lowered or changed any of our qualification guidelines and no exceptions are ever made. Please let the leasing office know if there are any specific issues that you would like us to address and we would be happy to help. We appreciate your feedback and hope that we can work together to make your living experience more positive.

I don't like the dirty landing and the weekend garbage pile up. You would think that the weekend would be a trash pick up because more people are home on the weekend and have more trash
Thank you for the 4 stars! We completely understand that seeing trash can be frustrating. We send out daily trash violations and reminders about the Valet Waste policies in hopes that it will prevent trash from being out at all times. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!

It's not a bad place, but it's changed a lot and not to sound like a total snot, but I definitely feel like the "quality" of residents has declined in recent years.

The pride of the property showed from the moment I entered the leasing office. The staff was friendly and professional. The amenities with the upgrades were the latest and very impressive. The overall impression of the community was one of style and class.

Neighbors upstairs are so rude! Out of the ordinary loud, 2 kids that run constantly, and huge man stomping when he walks. Manager is accommodating, but if I have to move from my great apartment, I will have to just move from this complex. Trash collection is terrible, don't alwas pickup as scheduled. Property has gotten nasty. At Building 1, renters throw trash over balcony, hang wet clothes on rail, and are just so loud. Kids smashed my belongings and throw mud on walls in breezeway. Cigarette butts in breezeway are on ground.

The leasing agents and maintenance staff make me feel like they care about me, and they do whatever it takes to resolve any issue or questions I have. They are quick to respond and are highly effective. April R. is an outstanding example of a quality professional. I enjoy living here and know I'll be taken care of at Settler's.

This community is good, but would be better if the number of parking sports was increased and more greenery was added.

Entire staff is really good, maintenance guys are exceptional. Only problem I have is some people partying and throwing beer tins on the ground, and some residents don't pick up dog poop. Last problem is that we stopped getting letters from office when there is a day off and when trash won't be picked up.

I have been living here for a month and am very please with the customer service of April. She goes above and beyond when I need any assistance with faxing, copying, or using equipment in the business center. I can't say what the problem could be, but I receive horrible cell phone reception and my calls drop all the time. Tenants on the 2nd and 3rd floor should be more considerate of those on the 1st floor. The heavy walking and noise is disturbing.
