The building is dirty, outdated, and amenities are consist only broken. Numerous folks I know will not be renewing their leases. The only positive think about Hartley is it’s location.

The noise coming from units is unbearable. The follow up email to noise complaints that I received from an office member was incredibly rude and condescending. The hallways and stairwells are constantly dirty / have trash left for days.

My only problem is my car has been broken into, which makes me feel like security could be improved in the garage. It seems like we have reduced security since I have lived here which feels like I am losing a feature I continue to pay for.
