I was impressed with Skyhouse Houston immediately upon arrival. The staff were all extremely friendly from the concierge to the leasing professional. The amenities were above and beyond. The location was perfect. I would love to live at Skyhouse Houston and would certainly recommend it to others.

The community is centered in the heart of downtown Houston and offers exceptional views of the city. The resort like community offers beautiful urban amenities such as a rooftop pool and lounge.

Has not lived up to the expectations. Rule changes as time goes. All apartment options were not presented and needed options were omitted.

I would recommend the apartment community because of the location and the ease to access the highways. I would not recommend it because of the parking situation.

I understand your frustration with our parking, and we are currently working on options for guest parking. The great part of our parking program is that it is complimentary for all residents. They are overpriced for what you get. This market is saturated and you are charging over market value rates.

I am proud to tell people that I live at SkyHouse and to show off the property to them. Living downtown is not for everyone, but this is a great and reasonably priced option for those who want to live down here.

$$$. Really the only downside to the community. In addition, depending on the person they may prefer a location outside of downtown. Also the train - although it's not very loud.
