Excellent and proactive management. Communication with residents is much appreciated. Staff (including most conciereges) is friendly and helpful. A few concierges (1 or 2) don't have a strong service orientation. The amentities are perfect, not too much but all useful. Security is very good. Sometimes parking garage has trash in lobby and/or parking area.

My apartment, 1802, is lacking privacy on sound insulation in neighboring units. I can hear clear conversations, so something happened with the wall insulation. So far, it doesn't bother me because it doesn't happen in the middle of the night. Thanks to managing department for making my stay oustanding. And thanks to Barom for working so hard with customers.

The roof is dope, and Kelly, Lindsay, and Burum make sure everything is awesome.

The parties are nice, need more beer. Guests have trouble getting in with no one at the front desk often.

The leasing consultants could be more courteous and personal instead of standoffish after we sign the lease. There seems to be favoritism by staff in terms of the way different residents are treated and how their requests are handled.

Eliminate guest sign in.

Providing more location options for reseved parking would be nice. Most of the reserved spots are near the sides where there is more dust/rain. It would be easy to move the "reserved" signs to remedy this. People paying $50 a month should have a chance to choose a spot. Literally, everything else has been amazing!!

Your staff makes everyone feel like family. Chris is the best and is very understanding. Burum, Kelli, Lindsay, and the new kid Steve are a GREAT mixture of talent and loyalty.

I would like the online rental payment system to be a little more simple and easier to use. The external/pool-side lights at night are extremely bright. It would be more pleasant if they could be somewhat dimmed. Need a little more sound insulation in the apartment.

I really apreciate all of the events that are put on at Skyhouse. I love trying the new food trucks on Wednesdays. The amenities are incredible and can't be beat. I like that you can check out a remote and watch anything upstairs.

Free Happy Hours are awesome! So are the food trucks. Please allow residents to use their key fob to get onto any floor. Need more free visitor parking!!

The professionalism of the staff is always appreciated. Slightly unfriendly concierge at times and/or no concierge at desk to check in my visitors. Visitors in visitor parking should not have to leave by 8 a.m. or pay again. My air vent in my bathroom was never repaired. Beautiful property, though.
