It was a beautiful community. It was in a very popular and convenient location. There were views from all directions that were fabulous. The concierge and leasing professional were welcoming and conversational. They both made me feel welcomed and important from the moment I entered the community until I left.

Still new, so far everything is fine! Some, including myself, like to get out of apartment at night to work/workout. I feel we should be able to ask to still be in skylounge after midnight.

Some of the leasing people are quite rude. Would be nice if the skydecdk wasn't so bright at night. Pool rules/pool pass is a little expensive.

I love the community events (brunch, etc.) The amenity areas are always clean and maintained. Staff is friendly and professional. Also, love the coffee station. I do wish the pool was open later and that the gym was open 24 hours for late night workouts.

The fitness room regularly has broken machines and runs out of wipes or isn't stocked.

The cable machine in the gym needs to be maintained more regularly. Some attachments to the machine need replacing or repair. The wipe dispenser in gym needs to be refilled more regularly. The TVs on the treadmills need new tuners. The stairwells should allow re-entry. The leasing staff and security are friendly and courteous to the residents. The janitorial staff keeps the common areas clean and fresh.

Overall, extremely happy living here. Need recycling bins in common areas and more frequent trash emptying upstairs on weekends. Eliminate or make optional the monthly recycling valet charge of $40. Weekly maintenance of cleaning and BBQs needed. They are a great asset and used frequently and need to be maintained. Burners are low or very uneven.

Overall, good experience at Skyhouse, one of the first residents to move in. One issue I think is the influx of young "party goers." More adherence to resolving the loudness and party scene could be better. Otherwise, great experience!

There needs to be a better scooter/morotcycle parking solution. Requiring lease of a $100 parking space to have a scooter and car is unreasonable. The building could convert a few spaces into many scooter/motorcycle spaces for a lower fee or for free. It's a downtown property, two wheels is a no brainer! Having to explain to visitors that they have to pay $5 to visit me is awkward. A better system is needed. These parking issues will be a factor in deciding whether or not to renew. The landscaped area between the sidwalk and street is a messy eyesore. Overall, I really enjoy the staff here. I really appreciated that when I pointed out some damage to the carper in the unit I transferred to, it was replaced without having to ask!

Wifi in rooftop lounge could be much better. Timely pickup of amenity trash after weekend. Do away with valet trash service!! Useless and unnecessary but it seems unavoidable. LOVE the amount and quality of resident events, keep them coming!
