Nothing against the community at all but this is a pricey area and I know that you can find communities just as nice for less in other areas.

We have had multiple problems with our dryer, faucet, and garbage disposal. Recently we discovered that turning on one of the burners on the stove trips a breaker in the living room. For the price I would have expected far fewer problems. Our neighbors above us are very inconsiderate and let their children/child stomp on the floor all day. While sitting on my couch, I have measured decibel readings of over 75, which is louder than the washer/dryer or the dishwasher. That level of constant disturbance is unacceptable.

Love the catered events- great way to mingle with neighbors of the apt. Very big plus, for this community and could use 2 per month. The pool chairs and patio furniture are getting ratty. The recycling program is a plus as well. Staff is friendly for sure-big plus. Add more dog bag stands, ash tray and or trash can to the perimeter of the building. Continue to keep security and night time lighting priority for residents.

Poor security. No control over who has access to the building. The construction is starting to show signs of poor workmanship, in another few years it will be in trouble.

Property landscaping is maintained, but dog area is always wet due to over watering. In addition, it took forever for the gate to get fixed. The zen garden is very nice, as well as yoga on Mondays. Parking is an issue.
