New manager has done more to make property better than previous managers. Great job.

Manager did a great job dealing with a difficult resident and situation. She is truly looking out for the safety and comfort of the tenants. I commend her on her proffesionalism during this situation. Love the pool table.

Ahmed is very good and he likes to fix thigs right the first time. Lost of employees here are always helpful, even when they are not working. Great staff!

Awesome manager! We have a nice relationship with Meg and enjoy visiting with her in the office. We do wish the breezeways were blown out or power washed more often.

More lighting in isolated areas. Increase community events and add a play area for children.

I am very happy at where I am staying. So far, I have only had one issue. As we stay on the 3rd floor, there are some complaints against us saying we make too much noise. We didn't actually make much noise. To prove that, we asked the person to come upstairs to see if we were doing something wrong. He came to know from that that we are doing nothing wrong and that there is something wrong with the rafters.

Better working computers and printers in computer room.

Reward tenant loyalty by not hiking up rent. The grounds are nicely maintained.

I've lived here a little over 5 years and continue to think it's a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful!

The only thing I would recommend is a playground for kids.

Maintenance has been great. They are quick to respond and are very friendly and knowledgeable. One issue I noticed is taht sometimes packages do not get taken to the leasing office/clubhouse first, and are put on doorsteps. I am a bit concerned that pacakges may get lost or stolen. Otherwise, keep up the great work.

The premises are well kept. The maintenance supervisor is very nice and really makes sure problems are fixed.

Only complaint I have is the breezeway. Twice a week I personally sweep & clean the light fixtures from cobwebs, debris and dust.

This is a nice apartment community, with nice amenities. It is in a great neighborhood that is growing. The rental prices are reasonable.

It is a well kept, quiet, friendly and esthetically pleasing place to live. Any problems are addressed quickly by a great leasing office staff.
