Great customer service and mat. need always taken care of right away. Bld. 3215 People can't find our address because trees in the way. Better way to pay water & trash bill. I travel a lot for work not alway there. AUM need better way.

I live in one of the carriage homes and I like the flowers and bushes I see in front of some of the others rather than my own. I wish there was a designate of green space for kids to play and not get into dog poop. Katie (W) is great. She has been our leasing agent all along. We love her! Maintenance is prompt & thorough.

Brittany Hanners, leasing consultant was professional and courteous when I was viewing the apartments. She followed up via email and phone with my questions. The entire office staff is warm and courteous. The service technician for my buildling, Julian Kee, is always very professional and keeps the building clean and neat. I enjoy living at Gramercy.

Overall, Gramercy has some miafixtures. The apartments are uniquely designed and have character. However, the ceilings, walls and floors are horrible. I can hear every footstep my neighbor above me makes. I know when he wakes in the morning and urinates 1st thing in the morning. Waking me from sleep. The halls carpeting is horrible and on the 3rd floor in Bldg 1 - floor boards are missing under the carpet and sink in the floor. I'm sure many people have tripped or loss their footing.

It would be nice to have park benches at the dog park. The street and parking lot should be repaved because there are a lot of pot holes. Cars should not park so close the round about they block traffic and it is sometimes hard to go around them.

Hallways and common areas are extremely well maintained & clean. Leasing office management and staff are friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Great follow-up when appropriate. Love online rent payments & maintenance requests.

Cable service is inadequate - during my tenure as a tenant the available channels and program selection have decreased considerably. Business counter has antiquated equipment and lacks currently popular software (Microsoft Office). Printer, scanner, copier, fax machine cannot scan because the old computers are not compatible.

The community could be greatly improved if continued notice be made to residents with pets re; barking. As well, heavy walking, in that the ceilings are very thin, water by tenants below have to been with noise. Overall, considerations should be made for non-smoking residents without pets. Hallways carpeting should be cleaned more often for traffic & move-ins-move-outs.

Best company I have rented from, attentive, friendly, and unobtrusive. Got an email from office just to ask how we were doing after not hearing from us after move in. Didn't dodge questions about costs & expenses like other apts. did. Only issue is not allowed to pay separately online, one person has to pay whole rent which is frustrating and puts a huge burden on one roommate.
