Zoso Flats is a very well managed building and I'm glad that I lie here. Jenna is great at answering pretty much any question and is always very responsive/well informed. Dan does an amazing job, he's able to address every issue quickly and effectively. My only complaints are very minor. I'd like for it to be easier for visitors to get to my apartment. I think more signs and a callbox on P1 would help with that.

This was a very pleasant visit. The agent was amazing. Knowledge, pride, and genuine interest made for a great experience. The property was beautiful. It was landscaped with green and brightly colored shrubs and flowering plants. It was clean, and in very well maintained condition. Immaculate might describe it, but vibrant and inviting were what I felt when I was there. I would live at this community, no questions asked, if I were a regular customer.

Property feels very safe. Maintenance is very quick. Please improve parking. Start cleaning sidewalks and breezeway paths. AUM water company is hard to work with. COSERV is very expensive.

I love everything about the villas! Not only is the property beautiful & the location amazing, but the office staff and maintenance are outstanding. No issue goes unheard or unresolved and everyone is very prompt. The sense of community here is like nowhere else and I couldn't be happier.

I really miss the communion shared on Saturday mornings. They used to provide a hot breakfast that made it appealing and worth while to meet with neighbors on Saturdays. Now, they have continental breakfast and we do not have the same turn outs that we used to. Would like to see that come back.

Everything is good except for some hiccups in the leasing process: delay receiving remotes, some paperwork was not ready, and garage/covered parking was not reserved as requested.

Improve by making valet trash optional. Don't like the carpet in my garage, who carpets a garage? Makes it hard to clean/sweep. Do not like carpet in garage. Pastor is awesome (head of maintenance.) Kasey is great, too. Give them raises!

My wife and I have been living here for about 3 years and we have nothing negative to say about The Villas at Stonebridge. Everybody (Chris, Devin, Kasey, and the maintenance guys) is very helpful and prompt. The property is very well kept and it's a very pleasant place to live.

The employees are all very helpful and responsive. When the storm took out several trees a few days ago, I couldn't believe that hours later it was all cleaned up and no trace of destruction was left. The pool, however, was not as quickly cleaned out from debris. The grounds are kept clean. Would like to not have anymore trailers or campers parked in driveways, it looks tacky and there are storage places for that. Hopefully the water problem from the golf course can be cleared up, I always have to wade to my car and track wet dirt into it.
