Given my comments above, I still love living at Montelena. I did my homework before coming to Montelena, checking out other complexes. It's cozy and I feel safe here! I've met some unique folks who I now call friends. This includes residences, front office and maintenance.

I'm only guessing but I think without co-vid there would have been a lot of opportunities to meet other residence and get to know them. Covid has put a damper on everything.

I would recommend to my friends because of the location but l wouldnât because the rent is too high specially after renovation is equal with a house payment.

I really like living at Montelena. Good location, I like my apartment. The office and maintenance people here are the best. Everyone I had a great experience. I do recommend my friends to move here but they thing is too expensive.

I like the fact that the complex is not so large like some I have seen.

The gym is very small and machines are crowded together. Makes it claustrophobic to workout. The inside of the apartments is dated. It's a quiet place to live in with all the basics. No fancy living here.
