The community was clean and well maintained. The agent was knowledgeable and professional.

The community was perfectly located in a secluded neighborhood in the middle of everything. It was close to the Chandler mall, freeways and tons of restaurants. It was tucked into a nice neighborhood that had several parks and walk ways. The community offered the convenience of a fitness center and heated pools as well as barbecue grills. Both gas and charcoal grills were located throughout community.

The leasing agent was friendly and knowledgeable. She seemed proud of the community, the amenities and the apartment. She asked to make sure my furniture would fit in the second bedroom and to ensure the apartment would suit my needs.

The community was laid out for easy close-in parking. The landscaping was lush. There was a small secluded city park across the street with a children's play area and grass to run around on.

The only comments I can give are for the phone. When a customer calls, they should not only give information on the unit, but the property as well. It would have been nice to know if there was some kind of playground on property. I did not see one, nor did I ask.

The leasing professional exhibited a friendly attitude and demeanor. She was very laid back but maintained professionalism. She conveyed a sense of pride in the community. I felt a little sense of being rushed. She verbalized she was the only agent on the grounds that day.

The agent did such a good job that I really would like to move into this community. She made it feel like it could be a home instead of just an apartment.
