One covered parking spot per apartment would be nice. We would get a garage if it was cheaper. Other than that, we're good!!

Car port spots should come with unit instead of being an extra $30 for a personal spot. Other than that, this is the best community I've lived in.

Having lived here for a number of years, I have seen many residents come and go. I have always been impressed by the fact that the people in the office tend to stay for awhile. That tells me it is not a bad company to work with. I have been happy here and hope to stay, my budget will dictate that. Jolette was here and helped me move in, she is amazing to work with!

Not enough parking, there seem to be many covered spots and garage sports unused. I feel these should be utilized. A/C unit should be updated, cost of A/C goes up and so does rent. A new unit could help by lowering bill, allowing to resign a contract when rent increases.

Everything is good, property is always clean, and landscaping is always nice.

We love all the events for residents. We really enjoyed participating in the bootcamp and meeting neighbors we had not met yet. The office staff is also really wonderful and we enjoy talking to them when we see them. The improvements to the grounds have also been really nice.

The entire staff is amazing! Keep up the great work. I love calling Coronado Crossing my home.

The complex needs more parking spaces

The staff is always extremely friendly and appreciative. Parking is very limited and a problem, often times, people park illegally and that's frustrating. Also there is a bad stray cat problem. But we love the staff and the community.

The one thing that could be improved - is the lighting at the security box - at the entrance. It is too dark to see the numbers

I've lived her for years, and they have always taken amazing care of me. Love the community and neighborhood. Leasing staff is awesome and maintenance personnel is A+

As I'm sure you know this comunity has an issue with parking. there is not much free parking and residents are only allowed one carport. While there are garages available they are significatnly more expensive. We think higher occupancy apartments should have the option of paying for a second carport.

Since I first moved in I've had an amazing experience. Jen was so welcoming and accomodating. Jolette was great too. Carlos and the rest of the maintenance staff were so on top of any issues. My only complaint would be late night parking. Would gladly recommend to anyone! Feel free to call!
