Love the trash/recycling service and the envents. Wish you would fix certain things when asked, still have water damage to ceiling that is untouched.

Great office and service teams. You can tell they really care about the community and residents. Lovely, remodeled apartment in a convenient location to work and play.

I love my apartment. The only thing that needs to be addressed is that the apartment is always cold. I was told it was an end unit with extra windows. However, they need to be upgraded if that's the case. We have tried Chauck-Out to help, yet other units have a heater in their door on the first level and that helps them. The remodel is great, upgraded insulation or windows would make it perfect. Ashley is a fantastic person to deal with, we are very lucky to have her.

Hire more maintenance staff.

My unit is in Phase One and was updated prior to my lease. I wish mroe attention would have been focused on insulation in the entry/foyer, water pressure (cold and nonexistent) in upstairs, windors and patio door (winter draft,) lease rate (inreasing and too much,) and more ventilation adn insulation in main floor bedroom.

Garage door and front door are not well maintained/cared for. This is a guest's first impression and many of the garage doors are dented, scuffed, and dirty. Same for many front doors.

Prompt response to maintenance requests. Clean/well kept property.

Maintenance responsiveness is improving. Onsite managers Brittany and Ashley are respectful and helpful. Management responded to comments on previous survey, for example. Heat in pool.

We really enjoy the current management team of Ashley and Brittany! Landscaoing needs immediate attention. Landscaping crew is sloppy and careless, always rushing to get it done. We moved from a 2 bedroom to a remodeled 1 bedroom. While we like our new apartment, there were several shotty efforts in process that required maintenance and contractors to come back and repair/fix things. Speed limit needs enforcement. Greg (maintenance) is very efficient and knowledgeable.

Love the staff, always friendly and helpful!! Only gripe is that I wish there was additional parking for visitors. Maybe since sun is apparently never coming out again, can we get 1 or 2 more anning beds? Otherwise, thank you for all that you do!! I love it here!!

Front office personnel is friendly, professional, courteous, and responsive. This is the best management company I have experienced in Denver. Once, we were unable to reach the after hours on-call answerin service. We still have a squirrel in our attic!

Difficult to give directions to our apartment because there are two Building 3's. Street signs within complex may help. Dog waste trashcans need to be emptied more often. Awesome community and staff!!

Remarkable improvement with new manager. Great hire, Brittney will make this a 5 star complex.
