I felt that Kendra worked very hard to show Carriage Place in its most positive light. She detailed all the amenities the community provided, and made certain to show me the two pools, recreation center and clubhouse.

Kendra asked me a series of open-ended questions about my needs and wants in housing. She seemed much more comfortable showing me the model apartment and community amenities than in closing. If I were a customer I would have been slightly confused, because I would have sensed her excitement about showing the community - but then a slight lack of interest in her actually renting an apartment to me.

I was impressed with the community. All areas of the community were clean and well tended, and the landscaping was mature and well placed. The rental rates were reasonable for the size and design of the apartments and the unique amenity package. However, the appliances in the apartments shown, although clean and in good condition, were mediocre. The refrigerators were small, white rental models with wire shelves. Appliances described in the remodeled apartments sounded much nicer considering the high rent.

The Leasing Professional was outgoing and friendly. Her manner was upbeat and enthusiastic. She had an engaging personality and a good sense of humor. She conveyed pride in the community. She displayed a genuine desire to help me. Her appearance was professional. Her manner was in keeping with the upscale nature of the property. Twice she said "we do our best to cater to our residents." She was the type of person I would want in the leasing office if I were a resident.
