1. The washer and dryers are way too small, old and loud, but more than anything too small.
2. appliances are aged, but functional. Dishwasher is ridiculously loud.
3. I with they had more amenities. The clubhouse should be re-configured to make it more tenant friendly. I dont know if anyone ever uses the movie room or even the computer area. Would be better served to make it available for a pool table, shuffle board and a place residences could hang out.

The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious. The property is very well maintained and the office staff and maintenance personnel are all very nice and always helpful.

So I kind of don't want to recommend it to family and friends, simply because it's been a comfortable place to call home and get away from the rest of the world, including family (lol). If they lived in the neighborhood, they'd probably be dropping by quite often. However, because it is safe, clean, and comfortable, I would recommend it to family and friends who are looking for that kind of living situation for themselves.

The parking is horrible. Some of the residence are disrespectful. My biggest complaint are the hallways are disgusting and need to be power washed..

Would as the amenities are great and the location is ideal and feels safe and comfortable. Not a 5 as price increases have made it less affordable.
