The community compared very well to other communities in Visalia. It was newer and seemed to be a good and secure environment. It was fairly priced. Although located outside main parts of town, the rest of Visalia was still accessible. I would have no difficulty choosing it for my personal residence.

This is a lovely community located just minutes from Downtown Visalia and close to Highway 198 access. Amenities include a gorgeous clubhouse, game room, 24 hour state of the art fitness center and a swimming pool/spa area. Apartments are spacious and there are several floor plans to choose from. Many floor plans have vaulted ceilings and washer/dryer hook-ups and all apartments come with ceiling fans and all major appliances. This community is also pet friendly. Staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. This is a must see for anyone looking for the right place to call home in beautiful Visalia.

I was not impressed with the leasing professional. He appeared to be going through the motions. The community appeared to be nice.

The community amenities were impressive, but the apartment rental rate was not impressive nor were the extra fees. The agent was very generic yet knowledgeable.

Worst place I've ever lived. My AC broke in the middle of summer, and it was never fixed. I would never recommend this horrible place.

The leasing professional showed me the apartment but not the community amenities. I did see that there was a nice looking pool area and a clubhouse, but not up close.

Parks Grove had to be one of the nicest communities I have seen in a long time. The lease rates and terms are commensurate with all the community offered. The leasing professional was very attentive and gave a wonderful presentation. I would, without a doubt, recommend this community to everyone.

This was a terrific community with all the amenities one looked for. A beautiful clubhouse with WiFi, a coffee bar and pool table were available. The swimming pool/Jacuzzi area was lovely and gated. The apartments were spacious and there were several floor plans available. There was washer/dryer connections inside all apartments. It was a terrific community with reasonable prices.
