I would have appreciated a more thorough connection to the outer community and amenities. Also, a more personalized and targeted showing of the apartment. However, I was impressed with the agent's overall demeanor and professional attitude and appearance.

The community was well kept and had a very good curb appeal. The club house and fitness room were modern. The fitness room would allow me to not have to pay extra for a gym off the site. The club house would be a good area to have family parties, if available. The leasing agent was friendly and personable. He tried to match my needs to the apartment. I would likely suggest it to friends and family based on the amenities and condition of the community, as well as the information given to me from the leasing professional.

Again it has to do with the new residents. They take parking spaces that do not belong to them, they throw cigarette butts everywhere, rev engines in the parking lot and leave trash everywhere.
