1. Mailbox area needs some lighting. 2. Gym needs improvement like timely refill of sanitizer, treadmill needs repair/replacement, need few more yoga mats. 3. It would be great if small towels are provided in gym as summer approaches & people sweat alot during workouts 4. Rents are higher compared to other communities in the neighborhood. Couple of my friends did not move-in due to this :(

-You can have a donation box on the apartment complex, so that residents can give away their clothes & shoes conveniently. -We need recycling bin in each apartment -Need regular cleaning on the outside of apartment including stairs. -Overall, I love staying at Madison.

Just to correct the mailboxes. I live in buildling 3470 Apt 1022 and to collect my mail I have to go all around the complex to another site. Instead of the boxes in front of my building.

Everything is nice. - Only complaint would be please install lights in tennis court - One more thing speed bumps few can be taken off.

Too many speed bumps. Valet waste should be optional.

We love our home! The international community, the staff, maintenance crew, the quiet, trees, proximity to every store imaginable - make this a great place to live. We are very happy campers thank you for all that you do to make our stay here great!

Excellent management. Excellent Maintenance. Overall I love living here! Complaint: Wind blows leaves and small paper trash into 1st floor hallway. It is not blown out or swept. Maybe occasionally it is blown out. Floor of hallway is stained and looks awful - like a tenement. The tenants on my floor are always conscientious about trash placement - so don't blame us about hallway floor conditions! But guys bad lighting and leaves & trash blown in - not a good thing.

-disappointed but understand rent increase - update kitchen appliances (dishwasher especially) - fix gate inconsistencies (sometimes doesn't work or is open) - less speedbumps and lower height, if possible - later business center hours - clean/paint hallways and entryways of buildings (for an extended period of time EXIT sign was broken) - offer recycling services w/trash pickup - AC keeps breaking (since summer 2014) despite maitenance attempts to repair - we love the community activities offered (funny bone, poor house, pool party, wine nights, etc.) - Leasing office staff is excellent (friendly, helpful & follow-up)

Walk-in gates needs to be more secure.

The road bumps are an issue which I think the management is working on. Those existing bumps need to be more levelled without a break.

The speed bumps recntly put into the complex were quite excessive & poorly placed to the point I feel like the alignment in my car has been altered - it is my understanding that this is already being addressed. (The office staff communication sometimes seems like they are passive aggressive or "policing" things instead of simply responding to concerns) However, I am overall pleased.

When they mow the lawn they need to have the cut grass go away from the patio units. I am not happy with grass ALL over my patio. I leave clean and neat and when they cut the grass it goes ALL over inside. Please put covers on outside lights in hallway - they have been broken and missing. Sand & paint green railings on patios - paint hallways outside.

I love living here the only thing I sort of dislike is the parking. Sometimes I have to park 2 buildings away when parking fills up and I'm working late.

1. The flooring is not so good. The wood makes a lot of creeking noise when someone walks. 2. Most of the times the parking is not available in front of the apartment. 3. Some of the hallways need to be sweeped regularly as there is lot of accumulation of dry leaves and dust over a period of time.

The entryways, hallways and stairs should be maintained more.
