Truthful/verifiable review- Mature 1 year renter
Aspen Park does not show your actual unit only a model until you sign a lease Then you can see your apartment (not near the same) Broken promises continue over and over. The completion rate for requested help is less than 25%. I was told today they do not need to provide air conditioning (temp 88) yet it is in my contract. I was dumbfounded by the lack of concern and repeated broken promises. My apt is cleaner now then the day I moved in, I'm quite 52 years old single pay my rent one week early every month break no rules and things continue to become more and more worn/dirty. Colorado is rocking beware some are just taking in the high rates in a market full of demand due to the influx of people into Colorado. Low rates are not always the best value. Shop around. Pic upload feature is not working. I have 50 total from my move in day.

i am a single mom and wheni need something done they were there for me too
i haved leaved here for about going on two years when i need something fixed they are great . also the ladys in the offices is great and somebody to talked too they have a great smile too the make me put a smile on my face too good job aspen park staff woo hoo
In 2014 a new company bought the complex. Unfortunately that level of service is not the current situation. :-(
Is a great place to call home!
I have been living here for about 2 years and I am about to renew my lease again. When I first move-in management was not the greatest but I did not found until l had already moved in. Now that the new manager took over the apartments are well kept, there is always someone in the office to help you and the manager tries to work with you us much as he can. If something brakes or does not work properly, maintenance fixes the issues right away and for free! I love it!!!

Great place to live
Aspen Park is great. I've lived here for 3 years. Easy access to Hwy 25, right by Target and King Soopers. Nice neighbors, the apartments are great and staff is very helpful. Never had any parking issues. I would recommend this complex to anyone! Love it here!

Great Apartment
Great place to live and the office staff is very friendly, mainteance is very quick and nice to fix things. convently located with schools , shoping, and grocery stores very close by.
New managment bought this facility. Be carefull when they remodeled they paint bath tiles and kitchen counters. The wood floors are vinyl. They show an unlived in show unit thats beautiful and say your unit is not available for viewing today but sign a lease as they go fast then they will show you what you agreed to. The 2 year old post listed here are from a diffrent managment compant than today in 2015
This apartment has car ports
I have lived here for 9 years about. I love the quite. I love my car port and I am not charged for it. I just miss having a washer/dryer. Gotta love it here.
I moved into Aspen Park Apartments in Northglenn, CO two years ago and I've not regretted a moment of it. The office is very welcoming, the folks that work here are all very nice, and as accommodating as possible. When I've had to place a maintenance request (non-emergency), someone is out to the apartment within the week. All apartments are corner apartments, so there's lots of windows and sunshine everywhere.
