Lack of security. Cameras at the pool but nothing by mail, or front office. My car has been vandalized twice and some shady activity with some tenants that puts some fear being a single parent.

Itâs very quiet at night, despite of my upstairs neighbor walking hard or banging on something but I guess that what happens when someone lives above you .. overall the apartments are kept clean of debris and trash .I really like it here

This apart is very small and I was not expecting the living area to be as small as it is. I feel that the monthly rent is way to high for the square footage. I do however love how well maintained the complex is and feel very safe.

This was a clean, quiet, gated community located in the Champlain/Perrin area of Fresno. Apartments were spacious and came with attached garages and washers and dryers. Amenities included a clubhouse, fitness room, and swimming pool, as well as 24-hour maintenance and courtesy patrol. The Leasing Professional was accommodating and professional.

Even though there are many apartments, the way in which the admin and maintenance crew extends a very warm and friendly atmosphere is very welcoming and relational. Neighbors are respectful and helpful.

This is a large community in a good area of town with great shopping and parks.
