Horrible Service!
absolute joke. These people signed an agreement with me and then go back on their agreement and say the unit wont be ready on the date they had agreed to. Their answer to the problem was, "It is out of out control we cant do anything about it."

The community and the leasing agent were great. The value of the apartment and for the price, cannot waste that. The customer service was terrific. I would have leased an apartment.

I was not impressed with this community. I would not recommend it to others.
The perfect home!
At the time I was in the process of moving to Visalia. I couldn't find a single place that took dogs and was worth the money spent to have them. I came across Four Creeks and haven't looked back since. Deb and the rest of the team are wonderful. Very friendly, and patient. Within the month that I've been here I've had no problems what so ever. Many problems on my part, and they are so patient as to fixing them for us. They took my huskies in and the backyard for them was huge! They aren't much of 'apartments' as they are more so town homes. You get a lot more for your money here. I love it, and so does my little family.

The community had a homey feeling, with the apartments all townhome style. There were beautiful trees located throughout the community. The leasing professional did not show me any of the community amenities, but I noted a pool on-site.
Old and out of date
My husband and I went to visit the community for a possible move we were discussing. Deb was outstanding as far as being a manager. However the place we saw was very old and out of date. I did love the area and I liked the fact that it is gated. But the one we saw was awful and not very clean. Very small for our needs. Will wait for a larger one.
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We hope that you come back and see a larger unit when Deb has one available. In the near furture we will look into upgrading the units. The apartment community provided a lot of value for the cost as a one or two-car garage, storage space, and washers and dryers were provided and included in the rate. The community had two swimming pools as well as a spa which provided additional value. Landscaping was done once a week by an outside company and was being performed on the day that I visited. The community was clean, and I was impressed by its upkeep.

The community was older and needed repair. The apartment was clean. The leasing agent showed me every detail of the apartment.
Nice Place to Live
I have lived here with my wife for 18 months and always felt safe. It is a gated area. The management is on top of things. We had one issue with a hot water heater leak, and it was fixed within hours. I had no other maintenance issues that I can even recall, which is a long time to not have any problems. The units are pet-friendly and the backyards are spacious. The community in general is quiet yet also friendly. I recommend the apartments at Four Creeks. Also, you'll see Deb around on her cart from time to time keeping up with things around the neighborhood. She's very attentive.
Management is awesome
The units are older but they are a great value for the price. The management is great--Deb is an absolute gem and always prompt and happy to help. Maintenance is awesome too. My A/C went out on a Sunday in the middle of August, I called the after hours number and maintenance was on my doorstep in 30 minutes and I had A/C within an hour of it going out.
Small backyard perfect for a medium sized dog and the single car garage is really deep so you can get some shelves in along with your car.
The complex is pretty quiet & very clean and well-kept. The pools are a godsend in the middle of summer.
I would highly recommend 4 Creeks to anyone.

The size of the apartment, backyard patio, and parking spaces were very large in comparison to other communities. Also, the garage and the washer/dryer were included in the monthly rent.
Great Community
I love living here! Deb, the agent, is very personable and friendly! It seems like she knows everyone that lives here even though you don't see her that often! They have fun community events they host in the clubhouse and everyone is very friendly. The apartments are wonderful and I love that you get to pick an accent wall! The best part is that it's pet friendly and they even have poop bags around the complex which is convenient ! Maintenance staff is wonderful and answers any repairs/problems in a timely manner.
