I would not, between the price, quality, and the dissatisfaction of office/maintenance personnel...I would not recommend this complex.

I would not recommend the community to family and friends.

I felt as if the phone conversation was scripted with this agent. However, I also felt comfortable talking with her. I also did not find the community itself all that inviting especially with the linoleum and carpet in the apartments. However, I did like how the agent discussed the surrounding community.

The leasing professional made me feel comfortable and valued. The community was well kept and appealing. I would have leased based on my visit, because I felt like the leasing professional cared about finding a place for me.

This is a lovely, quiet community located in Northwest Visalia. All apartments are actually townhomes and come with garages and backyards. Ceiling fans and washer/dryer units are included in all units. Amenities include a swimming pool lounge area and a clubhouse. The staff is accommodating and friendly.

The community offered many amenities for an affordable price. I was impressed that each apartment had a private back yard space.

The place is okay but my neighbors are the worst. I'm pretty sure about 6 people live in that 2 bedroom apartment. They have about 6 cars parked everywhere and no one seems to car. I sometimes can't even get into my garage. There are hobos dumpster diving all the time. And no landscaping. All I have is dirt. It doesn't look nice. It looks run down aesthetically.

I liked the feel of the apartment community. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was comfortable.

Well the parking is ridiculous there is never enough and difficult to find extra spaces

This property is nice. The apartment has a lot of storage and is very spacious. I love that they have a backyard and patio upstairs. I would definitely lease this property.

If you are looking for one of the most gorgeous town homes in the area, you have to see these Town homes. The two bedroom, two and a half bathrooms were amazing with 1200 square feet. These town homes are amazing with the half bath downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom each. They offer garages along with a gas burning fireplace. This is a must see community, you owe it to yourself to see it.
