Facilities could use a bit more attention. Security is starting to become a concern. The gate on the southwest corner of building 8 no longer closes by itself. Building 4 has a gate on 7th with no lock whatsoever. Building 8 has had mud on the walls At the sw corner since the foundation work was done many months ago. This was left by workers and looks pretty tacky.

I would recommend due to the apartments beautiful landscape of trees and flowers. The office staff is very accommodating and have special events or gatherings for the residents. It would be nice if they implemented some of these for the 50 plus residents, though.

The community was beautiful and modern. It was close to downtown, and the price was reasonable.

Would recommend due to location but with the new broadstone apartments just down the road at a similar price but much nicer apartments with better features I would recommend them first.

I feel like I’m paying way to much for the apartment itself. Amenities are ok. Apartment is very outdated.

The one-bedrooms are small for the price. The location, of course, is great. I would recommend this apartment if the "location" is a priority.

It is a great place to live!

I love the location but it is not an ideal place for families. It’s a place for party-students. The common areas are geared towards their demand. There is no green area. The crowd that hangs out at the pool excludes families. I understand that is probably what the market dictates
